We encourage you to ask us questions! Here are some frequently asked questions with the answers provided for your convenience. If you have a question that is not listed, please ask us directly. We look forward to hearing from you and we pledge to do our best to answer all your questions.

Q. Can I pick the services I want?

A. Yes, you certainly can pick and choose the services that you want. You are the customer and you tell us what to do!

Q. Are your employees and independent contractors insured and bonded?

A. Yes, all our employees and independent contractors are screened so that they can be bonded and insured.

Q. Do I get to pick the person looking after me?

A. Yes, if you do not like the match we made you can help us in finding a better employee and/or independent contractor match.

Q. Are your employees trained?

A. Yes, most of our employees have specific training in a health discipline or have been trained internally through the ANYTIME SENIOR CARE SERVICES training program. Our employees and/or independent contractors are encouraged to continue their education and training throughout their employment with us.

Q. What happens if my caregiver gets sick?

A. You have a choice of cancelling the appointment or allowing us to send a replacement caregiver. If we have advance notice, such as possible, we can substitute caregivers who have spent time in your home and highly trained. Anytime Senior Care Services office staff will communicate to the client and family members of this change to make sure they are comfortable with the temporary person we are sending.

Q. Is ANYTIME SENIOR CARE SERVICES only available in the home?

A. No, we can provide our services to you whether you live at home or a senior's complex or health care facility.

Q. Do you require a deposit?

A. This service deposit equals the amount of two weeks worth of services and is fully refunded when we are no longer providing care. We bill for services already rendered. We send out an itemized bill every two weeks that is due upon receipt. We have many clients who authorize us to bill their major credit card for all invoices. To begin services, we collect a service deposit which can be paid by credit card. If there is an outstanding balance at the end of services, you can arrange to have the service deposit applied towards the final invoice(s).

Q. How do I know my caregiver will be trustworthy?

A. We conduct a thorough criminal and level 2 background check, DMV check and social security trace. All of our caregivers are screened for honesty and integrity. We only hire the most responsible and qualified caregivers who have a minimum of 1 year verifiable experience and references.
